6 Betting System Keeps Losses Low
The 1-3-2-6 betting system is simple to follow. The 1-3-2-6 betting system keeps losses low and money in your pocket.
1-3-2-6 - A Progressive Betting System
This betting system is one in which the player increases their bets every time a winning bet was placed. It is based on the player having a winning streak of at least four rounds. If a bet was lost, the player needs to begin the cycle at one unit again. The beauty of the 1-3-2-6 betting system is that you can never lose more than two units per bet. This betting system keeps losses low!
When Will the 1-3-2-6 Betting System Work?
The 1-3-2-6 betting system will work in any game that has even money bets. Bets are placed only on even money bets and not other bets that may be played in the specific game. This betting system is an excellent system to use for games such as craps.
Choose a Betting Unit
In the 1-3-2-6 betting system, the player will need to choose how much each of their betting units will be worth. The player may choose the minimum bet that the casino allows for the game, or if they have a larger bankroll to begin with, the player may choose to make a single unit a higher value. The unit cannot be smaller than the casino minimum bet for the chosen game.
How to Place Bets for the 1-3-2-6 System
One unit, say $20, is placed every round until the player wins a round. After winning, the player will then place three units ($60) on the following round. If the player wins again, a further two units ($40) is placed on the next round. If this third round is also won, the player will then bet a total of six units ($120) on the next round (the fourth round). At this point, the cycle begins again. Whether the player has won or lost on the fourth round, in order to stay ahead, the betting pattern begins again at one unit, once again betting one unit ($20) per round until another round is won, and so on and so forth.
What are the Risks
On the winning side, it should be noted that when following this system, you can only win as much as six times your unit bet (the first bet you placed). While this could frustrate a player when they are on a winning streak, it is important to note that even though your wins are limited, so are your losses. When using the 1-3-2-6 betting system, you only ever put two of your original units at risk. Should you lose six times in a row in a second round of gambling, you can always make your money back by managing to win only four times in succession. As mentioned above, the 1-3-2-6 betting system keeps losses low and helps you to come out on top.
